RETURNS AND REFUNDS

On the goods on sale it is possible to make exchanges but not returns

If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

1. Send us an email with the subject "Request Return". Enter the order number with your details and specify the items you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason.

We remind you that only products that are received damaged, defective or incorrect can be replaced; we accept substitutions for size changes, however we invite you to check the measurements using the size table.

2. Look at your mailbox, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form with the Return Authorization Code (RMA), the contact details of the courier to return the package and the address of our warehouse which you will need to print and apply to the outside of the box containing the products you wish to return.

If you choose to use our courier, the costs of the service will be deducted from the refund of the products.

3. Insert the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their components, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals , labels and tags still attached to the product.

The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the asset, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.

4. Print the return form and place it inside the box containing the products you wish to return. Apply our warehouse address on the outside of the box.

6. Keep the shipping receipt

7. When the return returns to our warehouse, we will issue the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer. Cash on delivery orders will be refunded by bank transfer.

​8. The return costs are borne by the buyer and include the collection and any new shipment which in this case will be subject to payment, to be assessed based on the location from which the return is made.

In the event of defects and/or non-compliance, you will have the right to have the product restored to conformity, by repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of the Italian legislative decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order. To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph, indicating as a specific reason "Product damaged, non-compliant or incorrectly sent" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
